Hi, my suggestion would be not to use RoomVariables but use a custom server side extension, for a couple of reasons: 1 Since it's a poker game, it would be a better choice to keep the game logic on the server side.
This will allow to validate each move and prevent cheating.
With the extension you can use the raw-protocol to send a lot less data than with the default XML system.
Maybe this would require a little more development time but I would reccomend it to obtain the best result in terms of performance best flash poker games multiplayer security.
